Kiwi Whare is a business born from necessity, we were looking for a reasonably priced good quality relocatable home to use as spare accommodation for our family to visit, nothing was available that was of reasonable quality and reasonably priced so we decided to build our own and let others have the chance to enjoy Kiwi Whare.
Our small family team offers great service and are always ready to help with designing your ideal new home.
We chose to use New Zealand made products, giving us full control and flexibility for every build, we enlisted a 35 year veteran in the industry to assist with construction ensuring the highest quality.
QUALITY BUILDINGS
Every building goes through a rigorous design process' starting with you spending time with our design team, once your are happy with the design work we get started on building the best quality relocatable home available.
All our buildings are insulated and structurally designed to meet New Zealand building codes. Safe, warm dry and comfortable.
All our joinery is New Zealand made and double glazed, the building chassis is hot dipped galvanised for longevity making your Kiwi Whare an investment for generations to enjoy.
